Centennial Hills is one of the largest communities in northwest Las
Vegas, spanning several neighborhoods on either side of 1-95. It's also
one of the city's newest residential areas, featuring a wide variety of
new homes and condos by renowned builders like Astoria Homes, Concordia
Homes, KB Homes, Pardee Homes, and Spinnaker. Centennial Hills is
located about five miles northwest of downtown, and is bounded by
Moccasin Rd the north, Cheyenne Ave to the south, Hualapi Way to the
west, and Decatur Road on the east. Residents also enjoy proximity to
everything via I-95, and the new mega-mall that's planned for the
Durango Drive area.
