The Trails is a diverse neighborhood covering 573 acres at the edge of Summerlin. The development consists of two custom home neighborhoods called Mountain Trails and Desert Trails, as well as a variety of non-custom single and multi-family areas. Summerlin's largest shopping center, the Trails Village Center, is also found here, and offers about 50 retailers. The Trails also has a 46,000 sq. ft. 24-hour fitness facility.
