Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage fell 1 basis points from 4.77% to 4.76% on Thursday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on March 11, 2010, is down 1 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.77% and up 6 basis points from the average rate of 4.70% from three months ago.
