30 year fixed mortgage rates go up to 4.26%

Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage climbed 1 basis point from 4.25% to 4.26% on Thursday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on September 2, 2010, is down 1 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.27% and down 42 basis points from the average rate of 4.68% from three months ago.
